Our Services

Preparing your Déclaration Préalable or Permis de Construire
The rules around what does and doesn’t need planning permission can be confusing. We can guide you through the process and complete all the drawings and paperwork required. We can even manage the entire submission and all communication with the relevant parties on your behalf through until completion.

Design and Visualisation
Whether you’re thinking about converting an outbuilding, rearranging your living space or even contemplating a new purchase, it can sometimes be difficult to visualise how best to use the available space. We can provide practical advice, floor plans and 3D visualisations to help you make the most of your home.

Briefing contractors and calculating material requirements
We can create detailed briefs and plans for electrical, plumbing and building work that will help ensure a mutual understanding of your project requirements.
And we can provide a toolkit of volumes and areas to calculate materials required (and costs) including floor and wall coverings
How we work
Every project is different so we tailor our services to suit your needs.
Use the contact form or send an email to give us an idea of your requirements
We’ll follow up with a no-obligation phone call (or email if you prefer) within 24 hours
We’ll visit your site and agree a set of deliverables (e.g. rough concepts, fully dimensioned plans, etc.), timeframe and cost
Areas we cover
We’re based in 32140 and cover parts of 32, 65 and 31. We can cover further afield subject to travel costs. Some projects can be covered without the need for a site visit.
PLEASE NOTE:
-
We are not registered French architects – while a lot of work can be done under a préalable, large scale projects (over 150m2) will require drawings submitted by a qualified architect registered in France. We can help get you up to the point at which you need to engage an architect and can help you find one to take you further.
-
We are not structural engineers – we understand construction methods, but any major structural work will require a qualified structural engineer. With that in mind our design approach is usually based on trying to minimise major structural changes unless necessary.
